Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.
Shipping cost
Canada: shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.
United States: a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
How long it takes
Every item is made to order, so there are two stages: production, then transit.

The Athletic Hoodie is produced at a different facility with a longer route, which is why its delivery window is noticeably longer. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you have paid.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Production and transit times are estimates, not guarantees, and can stretch during peak periods or carrier disruption.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel ships. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days, email us and we will chase it.
Split shipments
If you order more than one item they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels, on different days, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel is tracked separately.
Duties, taxes and tariffs
United States orders. Your order is printed, sewn and shipped inside the United States. It does not cross a border, so there are no duties or import charges to pay.
Canadian orders. Your order ships to you from the United States, which makes it an import, and you are the importer of record. In normal circumstances:
- Shipments valued at CAD $40 or less: no duty and no import tax.
- Shipments from CAD $40.01 to CAD $150: no duty, but GST/HST is payable on delivery.
- Shipments above CAD $150: duty and GST/HST are payable on delivery.
Please read this before ordering a hoodie into Canada. From 8 September 2026, Canada applies a 50% surtax to hooded sweatshirts of United States origin under tariff items 6110.20.00 and 6110.30.00. Both BRC hoodies fall into that category. This surtax applies regardless of the value of the shipment — the low-value thresholds above do not exempt it — and the carrier will collect it from you on delivery, together with any tax owing and the carrier’s own brokerage fee. On a C$119 hoodie that can add roughly C$80 to what you pay.
Our Crew Socks are classified under a different tariff heading and are not affected.
These are government charges. We do not set them, we do not receive them, and we are not able to absorb them at our prices. We would much rather you knew this before you ordered than discovered it at your door. If the rules change we will update this page.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipping cost is payable by the customer. If the error was ours, we reship at no cost.
